MS Dhoni, famed for his massive addict following nationwide, holds a special place in the hearts of Chennai residents due to his association with the Chennai Super Kings( CSK) in the Indian Premier League( IPL). On July 10, Dhoni and his woman, Sakshi, launched the audio and caravan of their first Tamil product adventure named ‘ LGM ’( Let’s Get Wedded).
The movie is being produced under the banner Dhoni Entertainment Pvt Ltd starring a cast similar to Harish Kalyan, Nadiya, Ivana, Yogi Babu and RJ Vijay among others.
During the event held at the Leela Palace in Chennai, popular Tamil actor Yogi Babu, who plays a significant part in ‘ LGM ’, took the occasion to ask Dhoni to hire him as a player for the CSK platoon. The Ranchi- born cricketer, known for his quick wit and sense of humour, responded with the most ridiculous reply to the question.
“ Rayudu( Ambati) is retired. I’ll speak to the operation. But, you're so busy with flicks. I’ll tell you, you have to play constantly. They drift veritably presto and they drift to injure you only, ” the former Indian captain said.
Especially, the former CSK stalwart, Ambati Rayudu retired from IPL and, latterly, from all forms of justice in Indian justice following CSK’s triumph in IPL 2023. Dhoni also expressed his studies on his long association with Chennai and mentioned that it felt like a fortune to be producing his first movie in Tamil.
